Our Staff

Born and raised in Hurlock, Melissa graduated from North Dorchester High School. She obtained her Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Catonsville Community College and has worked at Bounds Funeral Home for 13 years. She is the President of the Delmarva Funeral Service Association, is a member of the Hebron Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and enjoys playing coed-softball and fishing with her husband, Jonathan.

Cheryl has been with us since July of 2006. Cheryl brings college credits and years of office experience, along with a Medical Transcriptionist certification. She loves working for Bounds and alongside of her daughter, Melissa. Spending time with her family and friends is her favorite past time.

Denise obtained her Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Catonsville Community College. She has been a licensed Mortician since 1988, and has been with Bounds Funeral Home since 2003. She is married and has one daughter, and two step-children. She is a member of the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of S.W.A.C.
